after the goods are handed over to the official logistics carrier, the global delivery time is affected by the destination country, regional logistics efficiency, customs inspection speed, weather changes and seasonal logistics pressure. the estimated delivery cycle is 6 to 15 working days. all delivery times are reference estimates and cannot be used as rigid guaranteed delivery times. international cross-border logistics will inevitably face uncertain factors such as customs random inspection, logistics port backlog, local postal system delay and extreme weather impact. all logistics delays caused by uncontrollable third-party factors are not within our liability scope.
after the goods are successfully shipped, we will automatically send a shipping confirmation email to your reserved email address, which contains the exclusive order tracking number and official tracking query link. it should be noted that the logistics tracking information will not be updated in real time immediately after shipment. the carrier usually takes 24 to 48 hours to complete parcel scanning and system information entry. during international transshipment, the tracking information may have intermittent blank periods, which is a normal phenomenon of cross-border logistics transportation and does not mean parcel loss.
customers are fully responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address before placing an order, including detailed street number, apartment unit, postal code, city and country information. for parcels that cannot be delivered normally, returned to the warehouse, or lost due to wrong customer address information, incomplete information filling and invalid contact information, we will not bear the loss and reshipping costs. if your parcel is displayed as delivered by the logistics system but you have not received the goods, please first check with neighbors, community property, apartment front desk staff and local post office. after confirming the parcel loss, contact our customer service team in time for logistics investigation and processing.
all international cross-border parcels may be inspected by the local customs of the destination country. any import duties, customs taxes, administrative fees and brokerage fees generated by customs clearance are independent of our free shipping service and need to be borne by the customer themselves. we cannot predict and control the tax policy and inspection standards of each country’s customs, and all customs-related expenses and clearance delays are beyond our control scope.
we will select stable and reliable international logistics carriers according to regional logistics conditions to ensure the stability and safety of parcel transportation. we reserve the right to adjust logistics carriers and suspend shipping services to regions with long-term logistics paralysis, frequent parcel loss and policy restrictions. if your regional shipping service is suspended, we will notify you in time and provide full refund processing to protect your shopping rights and interests.
